As usual, we have the regular outpouring of hate messages disguised as well researched notes, and as usual, we do not have the answers to the questions that Arun Gandhi poses.
The fantabulous thing is that while Sonia-haters hated the fact that, of all people, the "Italian mafia" Sonia was speaking about the "Great Gandhi", another of their own ilk were frothing at the mouth that it was the "Greatest Curse Gandhi" that was being talked about and not "Godse".
There is nothing more hilarious than watching people open their mouths and loudly proclaim their "empty headedness".

Know the real Gandhi, not the propaganda. Real Gandhi did nothing for India's independence but expelled anyone who would dare to call for independence. He, along with Nehru, has lived on the handouts of Birla and Bajaj. He was against the revolutionaries, against Tilak, Netaji Subhas, but was a very pro-British. He has accepted the Pakistan proposal in 1949 but kept of telling lies to the people. He has refused to accept the prominent Muslim leaders in the Congress because he was determined to partition India. This is real Gandhi. He was a curse on India. If he had never returned back from South Africa, Indian history would be different for the better, partition may not happen at all. Now we are in a worse situation, India was partitioned but Muslims are still here demanding reservations. This is also due to Gandhi. Yes, Sonia is the pefect person, because she wants to hand over India to the U.S. just like Gandhi was a Empire loyalist.

Dear Dipak,
I really would love to know Gandhi and not the propaganda. So, tell me:
1. Who did Gandhi expel for calling of independence? What were the circumstances? Even if I did not get the answer to the first part, I vehemently demand the answer to the second. Simply because you "propogate" that one should know the real Gandhi and not the "propaganda".
2. On what material evidence do you say that Gandhi alongwith Nehru lived on the handouts of Birla and Bajaj? Was it a dole that they demanded from both Birla and Bajaj or was it voluntarily given out of some reason? What valid reason do you proffer to buttress your allegation that both Gandhi and Nehru were paupers and joined politics solely to live off the riches of Birla and Bajaj?
3. What are the reasons you offer to state that Gandhi was against Tilak? Was it ideological difference, political difference or methodological difference to attaining freedom? If either of the three or even all, how did that make Gandhi an Empire loyalist?
4. What Pakistan proposal had he accepted in 1949, two years after India and Pakistan were brutally partitioned, but instead kept lying to the people?
5. Which prominent Muslim leader did Gandhi forcibly sideline so that his determination to partition India could succeed? What were the circumstances of such sidelining?
6. On what basis do you call Gandhi a curse on India? Or is that just propaganda?
The Sonia questions can wait. I eagerly look forward to your kind reply.

Gandhi started a fast when Netaji defeated his candidate in the Congress election. And as a result Netaji had to resign from the post of Congress President.
Gandhiji was a great leader, led a simple life but he was very adamant and never listened to anyone except Nehru. He had supported the British in the second world war and exhorted Indians to join hands with them. He had expected the British would give freedom in turn. The fact why the British gave the freedom because the running 'The Raj' was eating into the economy of britain. Churchill even had sought the help of Eisenhower, the American president, for running 'The Raj' which he refused. Its very clear that the British had no other option but to let lose India.
After the independence Gandhiji sought to disband the congress which was discarded by Nehru and Patel. And now we are facing the consequences :)))

Reply: 1. Who did Gandhi expel for calling of independence? First, Surendranath Banerjee, Chittaran Das, Srinivas Iyenger in 1920s. Then Subhas Chandra Bose and his 200 followers in 1939.
What were the circumstances? Because they were opposed to the begging and pleading of Gandhi to the British.
2. On what material evidence do you say that Gandhi alongwith Nehru lived on the handouts of Birla and Bajaj?
Both of them never did a days work to earn any money but they were of very rich standard of living. Who paid for them? Birla and Bajaj, who was the treasurer of The Congress. Gandhi and Nehru have served their purposes to divert the freedom movement, confuse people and to get the power on behalf of the business community. 3. What are the reasons you offer to state that Gandhi was against Tilak?
Gandhi was mentored by Gokhale, who was a pro-British and a statunch opponent of Tilak. Tilak had gathered a fund of Rs.10 Lakh to finance freedom movement. Gandhi gave it away to the Khilafat Movement. Gandhi got medals from the British in South Africa to work for them in the War between the British and the Dutch. During the First World War Gandhi was recruiting soldiers for the British.
4. What Pakistan proposal had he accepted in 1949, two years after India and Pakistan were brutally partitioned, but instead kept lying to the people?
In 1940, Gandhi has already accepted the Pakistan proposal, in 1943 he made a detail plan to partition India ( in the b
