Justice delayed is justice denied
by rolee satyam on Mar 30, 2007 05:48 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Nithari killings is another example of our sluggish and complicated legal syatem. Agreed that public perception is another thing and proving it in court is another thing but if public perception is almost 90% times true then why it is so difficult to prove it in court?
Why agency has not been able to pull out few concrete evidence to substantiate the actual facts?
Are we going towards stone age where there was no concept of justice to all????

Problem is that we shout and then get busy in our daily work. we need CONTINUOUS INVOLVEMENT of Media as well as all the public of India to get the justice in this kind of heinous crime cases. Lets all of us join hands toether and awake each other to bring radical change.
