Nithari killings is another example of our sluggish and complicated legal syatem. Agreed that public perception is another thing and proving it in court is another thing but if public perception is almost 90% times true then why it is so difficult to prove it in court? Why agency has not been able to pull out few concrete evidence to substantiate the actual facts? Are we going towards stone age where there was no concept of justice to all????
