What has been not adequately realized that present Caste Syndrome of Biharis is only high lighted, while their contributions in terms of minerals and Electrical Power are given no credit.youthful Biharis are now making it good all over the globe ,now as much as Bengalis or Kannadigas..ywes even in IP industries and other indicators in the phenomenal triumphal entry in the forte of Anglicised Babus in IITS/IIMS or IAS.So the Bihari Buddhu is only a motivated denigration of Poor peasant communities of Bimaru Ganga -Basin Agrarian Society.Sooner , the Babucracy gives up this deliberate denigration it is better for progressive rebirth of Indian Democracy.D. A good well researched article.There is no question and doubt about what bhiharis have achieved in various fields all across the globe.But have they done anything on a general basis to improve the conditions of the poorest of the poor other than helping themselves to come out of the state that has been left to fall into darkness for years and years.Have any of the those well achieved biharis come back to do something for their own so poverty sruck state.No,actually noone does.It will take a hell lot of effort to improve the conditions in this state and its not possible without making a conscious effort from evryone's side.
