A good well researched article.There is no question and doubt about what bhiharis have achieved in various fields all across the globe.But have they done anything on a general basis to improve the conditions of the poorest of the poor other than helping themselves to come out of the state that has been left to fall into darkness for years and years.Have any of the those well achieved biharis come back to do something for their own so poverty sruck state.No,actually noone does.It will take a hell lot of effort to improve the conditions in this state and its not possible without making a conscious effort from evryone's side.
