not only you people from W. Bengal, but people from Congress too dislikes him because he wanted to become PM when Indiraji was killed and Rajivji was taken as PM.

Say in West Bengal, with a population of 5 crores and 293 Assembly seats, the value of each MLA's vote, as per the above formula, is {50000000/293}x 1000 = 170648464 ?? ! That is absurd! Something must be wrong! Can anyone help?
