I am Hindu
by Jeya Kumar on Jun 06, 2007 12:06 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

I am Hindu and I have great respect for my Christian/ Muslim Brothers and Sisters.

My Hindu religion never teach us LOVE and FORGIVENESS.

Hindu religion is an intolerant religion with 33 crores of God.
Sometime I am confused who the hell created all these Gods.

I visited many temples and ashamed to see all the Gods and Goddess in Nudity and in various position.

If you are ashamed, then who is forcing you to be a Hindu? And who the F is asking you to post messages here?

no really, how much hav ethe missionaries paid you? Rs.10? 50? 100??

Or has some mullah promised you 72 virgins in heaven? You know it is true, so please die first.

Hinduism is not the only religion that is non-tolerant. So stop cribbing. Each religion has its rules (some logical and some illogical). Can you complain that non-muslims are not allowed to do Hajj - no you accept it as a religious thing and move on. I am sure I can dig up equivalent rules with other religions (in addition to islam as well)
So please move on.

Hinduism does not consider one person as "the only begotten son of God".

Hinduism considers everyone to be divine. "Amrutasya putrah" - everyone is a sone of the divine. Infact everyone is divine.

"purnam adham purnam idham"
"purnaath purnam udachyathe"
"purnasya purnamdhaaya purnamevaavasishyathe"

That is Infinite (God), this is infinite
Infinity came out of infinity.
When you take out infinity from infinity, what is left behind is also infinity.

which means ...

Everything came out of God.
What comes out of God is also God.
What is left behind is also God
In short, everything is God.

We don't have "the only begotten son of God" and "the last messenger from God" in our religion.

Are you really a Hindu. Why ought you be ashamed of seeing all the Gods and Goddress in Nudity and in various positions.

Get this in your thick skull, just as you eat food if you are hungry or drink water when you are thirsty, sex is an integral part of life and reproduction. There is nothing wrong in it. Dirt is in your mind. Clean it first.

Christians threw Mahatma Gandhi out of the train, bcoz he had black skin. Christians took black innocent people (like us) from Africa as slaves and sold them in Europian markets. Nelson Mandela was imprisoned and tortured by Christians, Martin Luther King was totured by Christians. Recently Shilpa Shetty was insulted by christians bcoz she is an asian.

In Iraq, Sunnis and Shias are killing each other for their different caste. In Afghanistan the same problem is there.

These type of problems are there in every religions. But I believe Hindus will definitely resolve the problems that they have due to social reason (not religious reason) and also they will resolve the problems peacfully as they believe in NONVIOLENCE.

"Basudeyva Kuttumbakkam" i.e. The Whole World Is One Family.

Hinduism is always open to interpretation and that is the inherent beauty of the religion. It does not enforce any laws on anyone. Even an atheist can find a solution for this ways in the scriptures of the Hindu Text.
Regarding your 33 crores of God, that is also interpreation on how people want to worship almightly.

Just like a company which is known by his name and internally by CEO, thousands of employees, Hinduism functions in the similar way so as to make the people tolerant by worshipping different interpretations of the same almighty.

Essence of Hinduism is beauty and if you have come to a conclusion about it badly just by seeing images, you must convert to some other intolerant relgion which says "worship only like this and nothing else" and repent later by getting some hits from them.
