IMPRISONMENT
by Deepali on Jul 31, 2007 01:59 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

MR. DUTT HAVE ALREADY SUFFERED A LOT DURING LAST 14 YEARS HE WAS UNDERTRIAL FOR 18 MONTHS SO I THINK 6 YEARS IS TOOOO MUCH. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN IMPOSED BY A VERY HEAVY FINE FOLLOWED BY SENTENCE OF 2-3 YEARS. I THINK THIS JUDGEMENT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.
HE WILL NOW GO TO SUPREME COURT AND THE CASE WILL STRETCH FOR ANOTHER 2-3 YEARS. BY THIS TIME MR.DUTT WILL HONOR ALL HIS COMMITMENTS AND TURN 50 AND HENCE WILL BE LET OFF
LETS WAIT AND WATCH
BUT PITTY ON MR.DUTT WHO IS GOING THRU THIS TRAUMA

Do we show trauma to all those who suffer. The law must be uniform, just because he is an actor, why should be given special treatment, we need to judge things objectively. So many ppl convicted have trauma and financial obligations, get over it!
