Think of 281 people who lost their lives...
by pradha ca on Jul 31, 2007 10:57 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Finally justice is done. I am happy that finally a criminal gets what he deserved. Think of 281 people who lost their lives before weeping about some celebrity. I dont understand why the comparisions are done below with the politicians. Law is the same for anyone, no matter a politician or some other person like Mr Dutt....

Dear Friend,
The important point to understand is the fairness of a trial. Sanjay Dutt had nothing to do what so ever with the blast. He did not plan, support nor did he execute in the blast. So he is not responsible in any way whatsoever for any deaths or injuries of the blast.
He was penalized for possessing arms. Unfortunately those arms were acquired through wrong means I agree. If judge says that he acquired the arms when he was of a mature age, this is relative. How many early 30 aged people are always mature in their thinking. Be realistic guys. Specially a person who was under the influence of drugs, how can you expect his judgment to be mature? I would rather proclaim this a wrong act done by a mentally unstable person. Those underworld guys used this misleaded youngster as a scapegoat. And as history has always shown innocent people don't know how to save themselves when they fall into such situations. I agree he should have sentenced. But not for as long as long as 6 years specially when he had not committed any crime with the arms he possessed. There should be some scope of bail for him. There is no doubt that he misused his powers or exhibited any other wrong behaviors after he was accused of this unfortunate crime. There is no doubt about his disciplined behavior post the unfortunate phase.

So in your opinion, we should wait until someone is involved in criminal act and not prevent it from happening. Owning an AK-47 can not be considered an immature task; if it can be, this immature person would also not think of killing 100s of people and even after that would say as being in 30s, I was immature. Come on, give it up; it is a serious crime.

I would not want every person in this country to start owning an AK-47 to protect their family. (owning a revolver or a small weapon can still be considered as an excuse; but owning an AK-47 to protect family is a bullshit argument) That would do nothing but bring this country on the path Afghanistan or Pakistan is going on.

with yo mam....but a slight correction here.....he shouldnt be sentenced at all...protecting ourself and our family is not a crime at all...he keep those rifles and stuff to protect himself and his family form huge names like dawood and awwwl.........put kode in prison if he dare to keep a pistol to protect himself and his family when his car is attacked and he receives threatens from terrsts

Being a Dr you should have the least civic sense that we are merely providing opinions. It is not right to accuse an opinion in a language you are using in here. Its unfortunate thatyour highly regarded education hasn't given you the 'maturity' to talk in public. Forget about the maturity which comes with age.

Being a son of rich famous people merely does not protect somebody's development. Acutally these guys are more misled unfortunately. I am not a fan of Sanjay Dutt in anyway. I just placed an unbiased opinion, giving him benefit of doubt. Unfortunately you do not hold the maturity to handle it even after the prestigious education you have. I never send he was free of crime. But when people accused him of killing people, I was only indicating that it is not proved so with existing evidence.

About civic sense you should have more of it considering that you are a woman and woman suffer more under drug addicts and gun runners. I have rechecked evry thing I find your position baseless and mine quite fine. You find a learned judge who has spent 10 years studying a case to be harsh. That is ridiculous. And why so? Because
he is a film star. not one word of what I have written is wrong.

Dr Jamdade, can you write one sentence without a bias? What sort of a doc are you? You keep saying - he may be a pin-up boy for women? When did Ms. Shobha say that she would want to see him acquitted because she is her fan?? And you say, possessing a weapon is a crime. Ok agreed. But did he ever use it? On that count, even you and all of us are criminals because we all have a kitchen knife in our homes. Do you doubt its potential to kill?? Come to think of it, such a heavy sentence for merely possessing a weapon illegally, that's gross and making an example out-of-him. And, you say he shouldn't be forgiven for his drugs addiction. Why, who has he harmed with his habit but himself. Of all the people you should know it better, doc. Over and aboce the harm he caused himself, you want to punish him further?? Well, who gave you the authority. Look inside yourself. You are no god to sit in judgement of others. As long as one has not harmed others, he is no business of yours. Man, you are sick. God help you.

Who gave YOU the right to sit in judgement over Judge Kode?

Well about the sickness part we shall take advice together. A drug supported and anti social supporter on one side and a law supporter on the other!

By the way I may be able to get away with mental sickness but what about you?

Remember you are gingto bump into blast vistims. I was just a few furlongs away from the Blasts.

Yet I retain my sanity and you pretend to be sane!

I have said that Ms shetty is like mother and sister to Sanjay Dutt. Is that obscene?

Well you have cyber laws and you have my e mail ID. be brave and report me.

Paata lag jayega ke kaun mentally normal hai!
