Indian juduciary is better than most of the advanced countries. Any judgement always depend on evidencs unless evidences are twisted. This was the matter of life and death so judgement based on evidences. Afzal was teorrist and caught in 1992 and then he surrendered as a terrorist Therefore judgement in his case should be hououred by letter and spirit. this british still wants be clever they different rules in their country implementing very strict rule for immgrants. they just lobby in saying that they support muslims. because they are afraid and they pissing in their pants london is going to be target
