Afzal and life sentence
by Mirgandra agarwal on Jan 27, 2007 06:32 PM

Indian juduciary is better than most of the advanced countries. Any judgement always depend on evidencs unless evidences are twisted. This was the matter of life and death so judgement based on evidences. Afzal was teorrist and caught in 1992 and then he surrendered as a terrorist Therefore judgement in his case should be hououred by letter and spirit. People can always find the fault in truth as well. There is nothing like absolute truth. To support lie as a truth is always involved in the truth and dangerous
