In Quran, there is no sentence like what you have mentioned - "Every non- muslim is kafir i.e 'infidel'and has no right to live". I do not know from where you have found this. 'Muslim' is Arabic word which means 'Believer of Allah' and 'Kafir' is the Arabic word which means 'non believer of Allah'.

let me tell you, even books like aristotle and all greek scientist they are translated from arabic.europe was in dark ages since the birth of human kind. world map is drawn by muslim. since 200 yrs things have changed because of stupid leaders. may be things will be differnt in 50yrs. everybody know how europe and india was before industrial revolution. let me tell you even einstein is a arab christian.
