In Quran, there is no sentence like what you have mentioned - "Every non- muslim is kafir i.e 'infidel'and has no right to live". I do not know from where you have found this. 'Muslim' is Arabic word which means 'Believer of Allah' and 'Kafir' is the Arabic word which means 'non believer of Allah'.
