bismillah ur rahman ir raheem firstly all thanks to Allah firstly i would like to praise this kafir who has brought out certain facts that no one wanted to talk about. aurangzeb indeed was hardline sunni who thought that shias too were not muslims many shias were persecuted during his regime , in fact shias suffered more so than hindus . one reason for this was that although he was sunni king his army depended heavily on rajputs , just like most sunni armies of the past did . hence although he persecuted hindus he could not go all out as that would lead to open revolt by all hindus in his army and his sunni empire would end. as far as shias go he had no such dependancies , so he did whatever he could to destroy shias, who are the true followers of prophet ( sallallahu allayhe wassalam ) and who have stood faithfully behind the prophet( sallallahu allayhe wassalam )'s family. hence instead of criticising this man as agent of hindus or some other organisation , it is best we focussed on the truth that he has brought forward and accept it , for Allah loves not those who reject the truth. Hi, first of all we should ask what is the truth ? saying that we are the true followers and commenting a person as "kafir", is certainly not truth.
i think the person a k himself is having same mentality as aurengzeb. the differnce is that he is not an emperor like aurengzeb.
we should accept that GOD can not be two or three and we can not say that the GOD which Hindu worship is different and those which Sunnis worship is differnt and tat Shias worship is someone else.....
the very fundamental if islam and holy quran as far i know is that GOD is infinite, no shape, no boundary... and every body wether a person believing in GOD or one who does not believe, is created by GOD. so how can we discriminate people just on the basis of faith.
if we think that we are real follower just because of genetic lineages, or a history, will that give a special status to us in front of GOD ? no GOD if any , if anytime meet us will judge us by our deeds, and not by our faith...... i think the very basis of islam is simplicity and not discrimintaion which i feel the person who posted this comment feels.
and one more thing i want to emphasis. the whole history or world is full of wars, killings cruelity. so amny hidu rajas were also cruel. the persons in aurangzebs army were also many hindus. anybody fighting in an army solely for the purpose of offence and gaining terriroty, is like aurengzeb. how can a person kill somebody, if he believes in GOD. Deffence is another case but we know that mostly wars were fought not for deffence but to gain a territory.
one more thing.
Aurengzeb was not the representative of islam, he was just a king. there were many more, why we do not give emphasis to Akhbar...? just because he talked about love and peace..... there is no "masala" in that. why we do not talk about jenhagir....? similar is the case with hindus. there were thousands of rajas in history but we pay respect to few of them only and talk about few of them only. they are not the represantatives of hidus or common man.
i think inmorndern times we are living in a more open society, a democratic society, and we should think also like that. the age of kings have gone log before....

Nice to read a correct and a thoughtful response, I think whatever happened is a chapter of history and it should be explained in a true way. These days we have the history re created for the political interest, it's true that fighting and supporting bloodshed in present time on the basis of historical events is madness, history is written so that we should learn from the past events and plan our present and future accordingly. In the present time who has the time of fighting over the name of religion, caste, status etc. Let's be a little bit more realistic and thoughtful in our lives. READ, LEARN, ENJOY, REGRET, CELEBRATE BUT DON'T REPEAT HISTORY.
