First of all I request all of you to stop fighting with each other. Please. This is not fair job to be done as an Indian. I would like to place few suggestions to both Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
To Tamilnadu - Why we have to rely on the resource which is totally denied. I being a Tamilian feeling bad in the way we are commented and the way we are treated. I feel as though we are beggers and people from other places still criticise us for everthing. What happened to the project of "Converting Sea Water to Drinking Water" If atleast it is not converted to the extent of Drinking water, it can atleast be made to be used for the purposes, where the maximum purity is not necessary. No one knows on what happened to a russian firm who had shown interest in this project. Please call them or atleast form a team to studey the methods implemented in arab countries. The TN govt. should atleast start the process now and cannot often rely on the source that belongs to other area, even though the rivers are of national property. This is the only solution that this issue can be solved in the near future.
To Karnataka People - I appeal to you that we do not have any intention to take revenge that had happened in the past. Its just a cry for the survival of our farmers. The KA govt. can just simply try to implement within the share that is allocated and let them appeal as when they fall short of water. This way, may solve many issues, hoping that TN govt. will start doing that project.

Boss, Just ask ur farmers to grow only 2 crops in a year. Even this is too much.. as our own farmers grow only one sugarcane or paddy crop(Water intensive) and one other which is not water not water intensive. When we grow 2 crops why do ur farmers grow 3 crops???? Some sense shud prevail... Just because Mysore state was not under British presidency u ppl are enjoying the benefits of british lawx laid doen in 1800s. British are gone .... This is democracy.... we have to share it based on need and not on the number of Lok sabha seats TNbkc has ....

Your farmers cannot grow more than one crop because the weather that gives you cool climate is also bad for rice. The land in the whole of western India is not as fertile as the East Deccan- E Godavari to Tanjore. Know your geography atleast before spewing venom and hate!

I will tell you that this verdict has come after 13 years. So this cannot be called as a verdict with partiality. In any game there has to be one loser. Here the verdict has come in such a way that nobody are losers upto the extent to which I know. Just analyze this and then speak about it. This is already known to many KA people, but certain groups are fuelling the fire unnecessarily to gain political image. No intention of sending you a fitting reply, but to tell on what I feel. As was told by tej teja, every state in India is dependent on others. In fact, India as a country is dependent on other countries and vice versa. Just think in that sense.

well said, I do not know why we fighting like dog, pulling one another leg. Tribunal verdict is not final. we have 90 days to appeal against it. let farmers of both state & intelectuals of both state sit together & discuss on this regard.do not get into political influence, it will worst the situation.
