Better solutions
by siddha nathan on Feb 07, 2007 03:47 PM

First of all I request all of you to stop fighting with each other. Please. This is not fair job to be done as an Indian. I would like to place few suggestions to both Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

To Tamilnadu - Why we have to rely on the resource which is totally denied. I being a Tamilian feeling bad in the way we are commented and the way we are treated. I feel as though we are beggers and people from other places still criticise us for everthing.
What happened to the project of "Converting Sea Water to Drinking Water" If atleast it is not converted to the extent of Drinking water, it can atleast be made to be used for the purposes, where the maximum purity is not necessary. No one knows on what happened to a russian firm who had shown interest in this project. Please call them or atleast form a team to studey the methods implemented in arab countries. The TN govt. should atleast start the process now and cannot often rely on the source that belongs to other area, even though the rivers are of national property. This is the only solution that this issue can be solved in the near future.

To Karnataka People - I appeal to you that we do not have any intention to take revenge that had happened in the past. Its just a cry for the survival of our farmers. The KA govt. can just simply try to implement within the share that is allocated and let them appeal as when they fall short of water. This way, may solve many issues, hoping that TN govt. will start doing that project.
