Manny no one is asking to build a dam here.this all issue is abt water sharing for a river which orignates from Kar and considering the technical points raised in article its clear that a lots of injustice has be done against Kar. who desrves much more water then what is alloted to them.Got the point.Dont start comparing blindly

If TN need water then then it shud justify the need and also follow the correct path to get the justice. By playing dirty politics no one can impose this order on us. If you think this is as good as SC verdict, go and study some high school books on indian judiciary.

Come on you have to be reasonable. Then will Delhi have first preference for all funds allocated to projects because it originates from Central Govt in Delhi. We should be rational in discussing issues and not emotional.

The tribunal was constituted by all 4 states and it is not logical to call the tribunal \"politically motivated\" now. Also, this tribunal was appointed by the Centre ONLY on the advice of the Supreme Court.
In fact,on previous cases, for any disputes related to Cauvery, SC had asked states to refer to tribunal first.
I think that this case will go to SC and whatever SC says will finally be the last word.
