The tribunal was constituted by all 4 states and it is not logical to call the tribunal \"politically motivated\" now. Also, this tribunal was appointed by the Centre ONLY on the advice of the Supreme Court.
In fact,on previous cases, for any disputes related to Cauvery, SC had asked states to refer to tribunal first.
I think that this case will go to SC and whatever SC says will finally be the last word.
