Congradulation to Shivsena, but nobody pointout that the %votes has been reduced for Shivsena, also they got the less seats as compare to the previous elections. Also they dont have the majority as they need suuport from independents. It means that there is a loss by Rane and Raj.

Dear Pravin Naik, Yes, I agree with you where the numbers are concerned, but Naturally, when a hand or leg is cut, the weightage of the body reduces, nevertheless but the spirit always remains the same. Similarly, handicapped people develop many strong senses, which outsmarts normal people also. Same has happend with Shiv Sena. So, I don't think your comment hold much value.

True the seats have decreased. No one can deny that there has been a dent left by the desertion of its prominent members. But what is significant is the fact that the Sena was written off by the political pundits. It was predicted that the Sena would be washed out in these elections. In a scenario where the Sena was coping with the desertion and where the BJP was reeling under the loss of its most powerful icon, this performance in the elections is most definately par excellence. That it will have to work towards getting back the lost seats is a realisation which no doubt would have already registered in the think tanks at Matoshree. Jai Hind Jai Maharashtra
