advani should have acknoweldged mmsingh for shutting down the border, and dared the congressi govt to keep it shut until pakistan adopts a hindu-friendly constitution and its palpabale acceptance in public life. look, usa bets on musharaf (and bhutto) for usa's own interests, so why can't advani be a little assertive? (prasing jinna was not smart too a case of playing tippie-toe)

remember when usa played dirty with narendra modi on visa, and pm mmsingh remonstrated with usa? modi thanked mmsingh. advani needs to do the same. on foreign policy there needs to be public acknowledgement of right acts.
