advani should have acknoweldged mmsingh for shutting down the border, and dared the congressi govt to keep it shut until pakistan adopts a hindu-friendly constitution and its palpabale acceptance in public life. look, usa bets on musharaf (and bhutto) for usa's own interests, so why can't advani be a little assertive?
