Muslims who complain about their miseries in India should look at what happens when Muslims are given their own land. But they will not respond now to this posting. All the Javed Akhtars will be hiding in their mouse hole now!
Liberal, educated Muslims must act now and exhert greater influence on Islam compared to the Mullahs in Madrassa. Else their children and grand children will end up being suicide bombers. Dont be in a state of denial and keep blaming Hindus for your miseries. There are no Hindus left in Pakistan. Send your kids to schools and integrate with the society.

i am also muslim fundamentalism and also against the hindu fundamentalism provocated by bjp ,rss ,vhp ,bajrang dal who burnt muslims in gujrat , all types of fundamentalism should be criticsed , i am also against political fundamentalism of cpim who killed innocent people in nandigram

Milind, I do not disagree with you. Most of the Muslims in India are highly uneducated and this is courtesy the Congress who have viewed them purely as thier Vote bank and were happy that most of them are uneducated. Muslims uneducated works in ther favour.
On the other hand you have a party whose basic ideology or foundation is anti-muslims. Congress engineered the riots in the initial years of Independence to create fear amongst the muslims so that they cling on to the congress for safety. The other party is now conducts riots to gather Hindu Votes by killing the muslims.So Muslims of today are caught amongst the 2 parties the CONGRESS AND THE BJP.
DOES BJP HAS THE GUTS TO OPENLY HEAL THE WOUNDS OF THE MUSLIMS AND TRY TO BRING AND INTEGRATE THEM INTO THE SOCIETY OR ARE THEY HAPPY TO WIN STATE ELECTION BY POLARISING THE SOCIETY AND CREATING GHETTOS.

Who says educated Muslims are Liberals? India was divided by one of the most educated Politicians of that time Mr Jinnah..We have MF Hussain in post independence india...So saying No-education is a problem, i do not agree with that...And whenever there is an event where Muslims are under the gun, they divert by saying RSS/BJP/Godhra...etc...Lets come out of the denial mode..Hindus too have problem but most of them happened as a knee jerk reaction to pseudo secular govt of past..Solution has to come from our muslim bros..Reject outside inluence on ur community, you cannot just associate with an Arab or a Pathan, you are indian muslim and ur roots is same as us..once we stop diverting, we can together have solution based on mutual respect..Stop ur ever growing Mullahs and their fatwas...who show somuch strength when it comes to common code of conduct but not against Al-Quseda/Bin Ladens..

Right Ghazafar, I am extremely glad to read your posting. Its not the caste that has difference between.. the political parties have created the difference between the two castes. Wish there was just One party named "Peoples Party". Congress, BJP , VHP , Muslim League .. ( all other parties that you know ) they are the synonyms with meaning CRIMINALS.

are u guys out of your minds. MUSLIMS are the most pampered lot in India - it is left upto them to realize how political parties use them for votes - nobody told muslims not to study, nobody told them to follow practices like polygamy, improper treatment to women.why blame BJP for it. Their is only one solution. The educated muslim intellect should come forward and change islam to join mainstream...normal human psychology never would want terror, bloodshed etc. Change your people to beleive that humanity is greater than islam and peace is greater than killing people in the name of religion. Jihadis in India have a huge support base. Otherwise they cannot unleash this kind of "eunichial" attacks on innocent people across the country and the world. Stop blaming the political parties and send your house in order

Forget about Congress / BJP. They neither work for Hindus or Muslims. There is no BJP or Congress in Pakistan. So why are the Muslims suffering there ? The 1st step to fixing a problem is accepting the problem. That is my point.
I am asking you an educated muslim to exhert greater influence on Islam compared to the Mullahs in Madrassa. I am asking you to send your kids to schools. Do you disagree with me on this ? You disagree with what is in your interest ? You still want to agree with the Mullahs who bring your religion a bad name ? Then noone can help you. I blame educated muslims like you for the misery of other muslims. Instead of being role models, you keep coming up with silly excuses. If you dont work for your communit, do you think BJP and Modi will ?

Milind,It is the reponsibility of the state (Indian government ) to see what is good for India. We are Indians here and the pakistan issue is secondary. I am convent educated 30 years back and my father was apublic Prosecutor and my Grandfather a su[erintendent in juvenile jail in Mumbai during british rule..Mys sister is doctor and Bro-in Law Doctor in JJ hospital Mumbai. So we are faar ahead thamn many of the Hindus. To be precise we wre never discriminated on accopunt of religion.
What I am saying is for India to develop most of the Indian population has to be productive and Muslims who are highly uneduactaed needs to be educated. This has to be done by the Indian government.

You still have hopes from the government ? Aha. That is the problem. We Hindus have given up that a long time ago. We being the majority cannot blame the minority. Nor can we expect anything from the government. So we started educating ourselves.
While your grandfather was a Superitendant, my grandfather was a petty farmer. My father became graduate working during daytime and doing night school. Since we happen to be from an open category, we had no choice but compete in an open category. Me and my cousin brother completed electronics engineering. We became role models for 4 other cousins who also became electronics eingineers. All on merit. Absolutely no government help. It is possible if someone can guide us. That is what I expect educated muslims to do.
