Milind,It is the reponsibility of the state (Indian government ) to see what is good for India. We are Indians here and the pakistan issue is secondary. I am convent educated 30 years back and my father was apublic Prosecutor and my Grandfather a su[erintendent in juvenile jail in Mumbai during british rule..Mys sister is doctor and Bro-in Law Doctor in JJ hospital Mumbai. So we are faar ahead thamn many of the Hindus. To be precise we wre never discriminated on accopunt of religion.
What I am saying is for India to develop most of the Indian population has to be productive and Muslims who are highly uneduactaed needs to be educated. This has to be done by the Indian government.
