I don't think any Islamic leader has opposed Jehad at all. Which by itself shows they silently approve it.
Every religion did away with bad things in its thought. Did we ALL NOT join together and fight against Sati...I reallly don't understand why even educated Muslims can't talk boldly against Jehad.
Its a shame that today Islam's progress is measured by geograhy and number of followers. Islam has several primitive thoughts that need to be changed

Progressed....Hmmm well Not sure what you mean by that anyway.
I only see Muslim families with 10 or 12 children going to beedi factories for making 20 Rs per day. These families don't take sleeping tablets...but definitely lose sleep over the next square meal. Whoever told you the rest of the world takes sleeping tablets..??
No Islamic leader is ready to deal with these issues and you talk of progress???? peace of mind..??

do you accept you were practicing SATI?. do you know when you started to abandon this? after muslim came to india and they advised people not to perfom sati. did you have language before muslim come to india? did you have any culture to say? your language culture mostly taught by muslims. however you will keep on changing the culture. next british came you started to follow their culture, now you can see the celbrations. New year. valentines day thanks giving etc. are you celbrting your festival as per your culture?

Friends its becoming increasingly clear the Ismails and the rest of the Muslim bretheren have been brain-washed into thinking they are superior religion.
They neither know modern history of India, nor religious history including their own. While we are open to accept that ours is an evolving religion, they are incapable or NOT allowed to think in those lines.
So we are dealing with the intelligence of a Mouwlvi whose only touch with modernity is Cable TV. Not sure even their BBC, CNN and the like are allowed...

which history book you are talking about. written during 19th century. All the old history book befor that have been demolished by the british. do you have clear history of you ram. some say 17 mnyear some say 7121. What language you had then to talk about culture? do you know muslims helped to develop devanagri? when Hindi language developed? without arabian and persian words can hindi survive now? i challange you is there any one who can communicate in pure hindi without mixis one word from arabian or persian word. can you tell in what language the vedhas written?
