on the other hand modi justified encounter killing by his officers. Gujarat govt has said in court that they are against encounter killing. even the counsel for gujarat govt has withdrawn from the case. if modi was not wrong why would Tulsi have resigned? Modi should have got harsher punishment(like Bal Thakeray in Maharashtra who is banned from contesting elections).

The entire world knows the henious and gruesome deeds of modi and Mrs. Sonia Gandhi explicitly stated the merchant...nothing wrong...just reminded him his past. Infact EC is kind to modi who own the responsibility of brutality. I think it's fair and kind verdict to Sonia and unfair to modi who deserves the disqualification from the election. People involved in 1984 like Tytler, Sajjan Kumar should be punished. there's no doubt on that. But the difference bet BJP and Congress is that BJP's basic ideology is based on communal hatred. Congressmen are no doubt involved in 1984 riots but, the party is not communal. They may be involved in minority appeasement but they are not communal hatred creators lik BJP

u are eihter joking or are living in a different world. even the greatest modi fans know the truth. u cant shy away from facts. why do think modi govt persecuting Shreekumar who dared to tell the truth. even supreme court was forced to move cases out of Gujart because they dont believe that prosecution in Gujarat is honest. what do expect when the main prosecuting lawyer was caught on camera saying that Modi was involved in the riots. I am not saying that Congressmen are not invloved in 1984 riots. After 23 years people have come forward against Tytler. This should be a warning to Modi that sooner or later he will have to be punished for his misdeeds.
