People involved in 1984 like Tytler, Sajjan Kumar should be punished. there's no doubt on that. But the difference bet BJP and Congress is that BJP's basic ideology is based on communal hatred. Congressmen are no doubt involved in 1984 riots but, the party is not communal. They may be involved in minority appeasement but they are not communal hatred creators lik BJP
