It's discernible that EC is acting like the hired Employee of Pseudo Congress Party. The biased attitude of Election have been exposed by there verdict. It's for people to analysis it and make there own opinion however i am into conclusion that EC has lost it's Credibility as autonomous body since it's act as pussycat of Congress Party. The communal fulmination was ignited my Pseudo Secularist Chor COngress by timid leader of Congress Sonia who has ostensible motive to use those smutty word to get some Political mileage. Narendra Bhai retaliate in very adroit manner and skillfully the clandestine motive of congress party to Classified Narendra Bhai as "maatu ka saudagar".
EC is diluted its status by coming out with some slanted decision. It's really alarming for Indian democracy and it demonstrate that our Pseudo Secularist can influence and Propel Independent Body like EC

when EC stood against Laloo's gunda raj and aided NDA to come to power in Bihar it was good. now when they make justified(in fact too lenient) observations against Modi, they are bad. thats typical fascist mentality. I think EC has diluted its status. It should have come down more harshly against Modi.

Then why not against Sonia? why should she tell an elected leader a Merchant of Death? Have Modi told in any election meeting Sonia an Italian Mafia or Dalal of Bofors?

EC works on the basis of laws laid down. Since Modi's statement was found to incite violence against a particular community it was considered more offensive. Sonia called Modi "mauth ke saudagar" which is against a particular individual and not against a community. however since modi cleverly avoided taking any names, he escaped harsher punishment.
