The present media has gone total uncontrolled and uncultured with yellow journalism plaguing it. It's not liek that crime happen only in Bihar and UP, but they exclusively report the with Bihar and UP if it happens there. Be it any negative thing. This is prejudice being done constantly. There are also thousands of good news from these regions which in fact entire India should take lesson from, the way Mr. Nitish Kumar is carrying on his governance to improve things in Bihar is more discussable and applausable than our PMs style of woring at centre! But no! They will keep on reciting UP BIhar UP Bihar just to shadow their own sins even if Bihar UP improves! Otherweise Rape and road rages is highest in Delhi, Anti-national religionist/regionalist feelings are much higheer in Maharastra than Bihar, more farmers are doing suicide in Maharastra Karnataka, Kerala and AP evena fter gettign all benefits from centre while Bihari farmers get nothing and are forced to fight for even basic things in the shadow of annual floods which destroyes everything every year and central government did not feel to do anything for thsi for past 100 years...otherwise they too would be as rich as any other state. You guys bark here but can't even imagine to lead such life for which 100% central government's apathy is responsible. If you have problems from UP and Bihar talk to the central government which is soul responsible for this all due to their biased attitude.

Why are you blaming the central government as if they are somebody else ? Most of the IAS,IPS,the corrupt MPs,Ministers are from UP and Bihar. Why arent they doing anything for their states ? The problem is that people from those states seem to be selfish. I dont see any reason why you should complain UP and Bihar not getting any assistance as the people who provide help are mostly from those states. Also most of the budget allocated for these states is eaten up by the corrupt politicians in your own states itself. Another thing,do you know the revenue generated by states like Maharashtra,Gujarat,TN,Kerala, Karnataka,AP are shared among other under developed BIMARU states ? Look at yourself before you start pointing fingers.

-Farmers of western UP, Punjab and Haryana are given subsidies even on electricity but why not for Bihari farmers? - Why not dams were built to stop annual floods in Bihar, which totally falls in the jurisdiction of central government? - This year Biahr governemtn had made record number of roads, bridges and schools there, all of which got destroyed in flood, and even small girl children were forced to do prostitution to get bread. Prime minister did not visit even for 1 hour there to meet them and gave mockery of assostance amount of few rupees which Biahr government surpassed! What central government did? How can you expect honesty and civilization from people who are not being given even basic facilities? 6000 cr rupees project has been passed by Bihar state government but industries are nto coming why? Your central government is not helping the state government to get power plants to meet industrialization just becuase both are different political parties! - What do you expect from a boy who is forced to do robberies and crime to run family becuase his school and home is every year devatsed by flood and your central governemnt does not give a damn? - Why Bihar has not been alloted even 0.01% of total central institutions of entire India while it should be given at least 5%? There are many whys and you can't blame innocent poeple there for the political misdeeds the central government with politicl parties did there. The reply is the same as before. Funds are allocated for Bihar but only thing is that there is no mechanism to see to it that this money is properly utilised for developmental activity. There is too much of corruption and hence the local level politicians are robbing the money that is intended for infrastructure,education, health care etc. Blame your local level politicians,not the centre. TN is a thousand miles away from the Centre,they dont depend on the centre for everything but look at the progress they achieved. I'm not saying there are no problems in other states but some progress is achieved every year unlike Bihar and UP which is getting worse,aleast according to news reports.
