The reply is the same as before. Funds are allocated for Bihar but only thing is that there is no mechanism to see to it that this money is properly utilised for developmental activity. There is too much of corruption and hence the local level politicians are robbing the money that is intended for infrastructure,education, health care etc. Blame your local level politicians,not the centre. TN is a thousand miles away from the Centre,they dont depend on the centre for everything but look at the progress they achieved. I'm not saying there are no problems in other states but some progress is achieved every year unlike Bihar and UP which is getting worse,aleast according to news reports.
