i suggest we educate people in US and UK that not everybody who passes IITs and IIMs is intelligent. We must educate that people might not at all be intelligent and still may have passed IIT due to being government's in-laws.

No sting ray, it is not the case.
There are still quite a few intelligent persons in India. Reservations do not matter to them. And only such persons are absorbed abroad including in the US and surely they are the ones who are helping the foreign economies and development.
So you can't generalize that entire India is backward. Only that the reservation policy there is wrong because it is based on castes instead of the economic backwardness.
Perhaps you did not get the point that my first letter was sent out of sarcasm.

well, i see everybody saying same around india here. India is backward. People ask me if isn't it funny to give reservation to people with one third marks than that in open category, and how can india allow them to become e.g. engineers.
