USA does not use nuclear energy for civilian purposes,but is a self proclaimed expert in it and wants India to use it with all its unknown risks and dangers.

USA is the one who bring the nuclear energy to the world, they are not only experts, they are they founder of Nuclear Energy. India can gain lot of things aligning with USA.

What do you mean by "USA does not use nuclear energy for civilian purposes". They have atomic power generation facilities. Tell me what it is called? Explain what other civilian use we are going to have?
