Is she touring on behalf of goovt of India or congress Party ?
I have seen her announcing money packages to some disaster victims. How can she do that . Govt should announce packages to people. She being from a private party & not from Govt can announce packages like that?

becoz she is a member of parliament and head of ruling party. she is also the head of alliance that forms policy and guides the govt. Ye koi khel kood samajh ke rakha hai kya? Do u hav any understanding of governance, parliamentary process and constitution? Plz study political science for a better understanding on the subject. Let me clarify, while she has a right to annouce, it has to be approved by Govt. and executed by executive[IAS] and also, even then, if some announcement or govt action is inconsistent with Consitution it can be challanged in court and turned off.

she can do any thing since she has pats in the government, this is the government of impotents. When the friezed account can be released and case against Quatrochi can be withdrawn then what is impossible for these impotents. These people are hardly concerned about India, the PM of the country says only Muslims have first right on government resources, what good could be expected from this government?

What the crap are you talking, D Agarwal? Who ever said Muslims have the first right? Do you think the PM is stupid enough to say something like that in a country with about 90% hindus and expect to get elected again ? Agarwal, please do yourself a favor and grow a brain.
