No doubt thackrey is offender and need to be punished. However no one would do that. Becuase Thackrey and his muscle power(shiv sena cadre)is required for top businessman,celebrities and moreover to the congress party in Maharashtra. Congress would never take any step that would hamper Shivsena as Congress is well aware that moment shivsena is weaken,the muslims in Mumbai & Maharashtra would become more resistant.Congress need Shivsena to keep muslims in check.Also Shivsena supremo Bal Thackrey wants to establish his son Uddhav in politics. Thats the reason why he helped congress in Presidential poll. Thackrey had already supported daughter of Sharad pawar when she was contesting the Rajya Sabha seat from Maharashtra. Pawar & Thackrey are old friends and always help each other in politics although they do exchange verbal comments against each other in public for the namesake. Frankly speaking, the NCP and Congress are also fade up with Muslim terrorism and the muslim community leader because of their blackmailing tactics. However congress cannot throw down its mask of secularism for the vote bank. So what it does is just to pretend to the world that its in favor of justice and make few gimmicks in this regard. The setting up of sepcial court is one such gimmick. Altimately there won't be any proof against those who would be prosecuted.Teh cases would be made weak. No one in Mumbai who have guts to punished Bala Saheb Thakery!! So why open it again!!Pls stop it!! I request to all ppl & political party stop to spread any kind of hatred to each other!! Bala saheb ordered but Narayan Rane who is now in cong was the main culprit in masscre!! Deshmukh already has been said after meeting with Sonia it's not possible because some cases running in the court!!!
