It is good news with a caveat. There will be a quota system implemented. Percentage is being worked out taking into consideration future political situation. Mr. Arjun Singh is spearheading the efforts.
While you guys were busy working, I already worked on quota statistics, I used method of extrapolations. ( reserved category people, please do not bother to ask me what is extrapolation, you will never understand.)
But I am sure, our politicians will come up with some other numbers, and they will use "method of vote bank exploitations" ( sorry quota folks, you wont understand this method as well, unless our india is fully screwed )

Pandu's message was excellent, I was at work and could not stop laughing. Yeah, people who would board the capsule can be from quota, but if the capsule is made through quota scientists then I doubt they would return safely.
any ways there is quota for that too and Sonia will also work out some statistics

Certainly consider quota in the office in the earth. For moon quota, not that much advanced yet. stay tuned...
