While you guys were busy working, I already worked on quota statistics, I used method of extrapolations. ( reserved category people, please do not bother to ask me what is extrapolation, you will never understand.)
But I am sure, our politicians will come up with some other numbers, and they will use "method of vote bank exploitations" ( sorry quota folks, you wont understand this method as well, unless our india is fully screwed )
