Abuse as argument
by Bodh Ramdeo on Aug 06, 2007 09:56 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Why just partial reservations - why not blanket reservations for everyone - all one billion-plus? This way, no one can ever complain of being discriminated against, not even the millions of illegals brought over illegally by the crooked, corrupt Congress and their Commie allies to bulk-up their vote banks.
And with a blanket reservations, even the SC would be hard-pressed to find fault with reservations as a govt policy.

Though I am sure you meant it in jest, the more I think about it, the more enamoured am I of the possibility that you suggest. I dont know about the implementations et al, but, nevertheless, were it to come to fruition, it would be one hell of a solution. Just imagine, the Hindus (finally!), the Muslims, the Christians, the Sikhs, the Jains, the Zorastrians, the nature worshipper, the SC, the ST, the OBC, the tribal, the atheists (cant leave them out!!), all have reservation. WOW! What actually could work against it?? Any comments??
