every industry is unique, when u enter one u should know what awits u,nothing like a free lunch,i am not related remotely to IT industry, my partner is,no problems, why blame the industry for yr faults,if u cant handle it, better live, for a couple of thousand divorce in bangalore u cant blame the whole IT industry
u have to adjust, relate, make compromises, do tye same thing happen in other industries?,check out and fix it yself, start with self and then fix the system

Sorry to disagree with you but its not as easy or simple as it sounds.Leaving a job is not an easy option for many.& the companies know it. Anybody can adjust upto a certain level. Human beings have got limits.A company has also got obligations towards the society & its employees. Indian Companies do not realise it as their HR policies are pathetic.Companies are looking for short term profits therefore they do not have long term plans for their employees and try to extract as much as possible. Forcing people to work like a machine is unethical.
