Criminals fear bullets only. Encounter justice may be tolerated. But who breed criminals? What justice do they deserve?

1) One one hand you call them suicide bombers and then you say that they fear bullets.
2) If your father/son/brother is killed in a fake enounter will you still be saying the same?
3) If Fake encounters are justified then what is the difference between your "Democratic Country" and the Afghan tribes. Both dont allow the law to take its course.
4) All investigations have shown that innocents were butchered in Gujarat. Even in the Godhra carnage and its aftermath. Dont you regret the deaths of so many Indians ?

You are saying as if this guy was a "Bharat-Ratna".

Do you know there are many cases against this person filed by police of 3 different States, including one Congress ruled state?

Charges included sedetion, crime, money laundering..........

And these people take advantage of India's lax law, specially absence of strong anti-terror law like POTA.

Bhaskar, you are stuck with POTA as if this is a cure for all ills in India.
Now you even want petty criminals to be prosecuted by a law which does not allow bail? Are Indian Prison big enough to put all wallet-snatchers, eve-teasers, driving-offenders to put in Jail for time-immortal.
