Bhaskar, you are stuck with POTA as if this is a cure for all ills in India. Now you even want petty criminals to be prosecuted by a law which does not allow bail? Are Indian Prison big enough to put all wallet-snatchers, eve-teasers, driving-offenders to put in Jail for time-immortal.
