IF SC itself is dominated by upper caste/ brahmins, HOW DO YOU EXPECT THE SOCIAL JUSTICE FROM THEM. IN THE OLDEN DAYS THSES UPPER CASTE PEOPLE KEPT EVERY THING WITH THEM INCLUDING EDUCATION AND NOT ALLOWED ANY LOWER CASTE PEOPLE TO COME UP. Hi, These facts for you dude. Please check out the history. India was most ruled by OBCS and SC/STs only a small part or small time India was ruled by Upper Castes. Adn about the education, Britishers destroyed our education systems. The SC/STs were excellent in Surgeries and other high tech in the Olden days. Please refer hsitory. There were many institutions were 70-80% were from OBS and SC/STs. These Brits came and divided our society. Please if you are OBC or SC understand the history and the truth. Even I am OBC.

why dont your arjun singh reserve 5 hands out of 10 for OBC, 2 for Sc/St 1 eye out of 2 for OBCSC,sT etc. when the god has made no difference who the hell this politicians are to do the reservations. this is just they are using for thier vote bank. india is independant since 50 years and still they are playing reservation politics. if they have to uplift the lower class they would have done it long back but thats not their main intention

CJ is a dalit and 40% of the judges are OBCs. I have the facts with me from a friend of mine who is a supreme court lawyer. Also, one of the 2 judges in this case is a OBC.

You have rightly pointed out that higher caste is the owner of every thing. Getting some thing or beg some thing, it is not possible from them. They are rule maker. They are rule breaker. How a begger can dictate some thing to donner. Donner has all the right. Take an example, that schedule caste reseveration is 15% then remaining is 85%. Is it 85% is not reserved for hiher category. The right thing could be give the reseravation based upon their population. If somebody think that higher caste is more intenlligent then the reserve category. it is a mistake. If you want an intelligent people to run the country then why you look from India only. Why dont go to Global Tender to run the country as existing people are not comepetent to run the country. There is daily change in constition, daily law is changing, supereme court daily comments on the working of the Government. Supereme Court is a custodian of the Indian Constition. Neither suprem court is understanding the parliament and nor parliament is understanding the real law. It is joke on the cost of public money. There are daily scam and after sometime scam becomes legal. These are all the game of Higher caste. Please dont expect any thing from them.

Bhai, It is true that some of u will get benefit from reservation but think in long term. It is going to harm the country.
Ask for improvement in education system. Ask for fair judicial system etc etc. Reservation is shortcut which is harmful in long run

What ARUJ Singh is doing is keeping you people lower cast always and on that keep seeking the vote. Even after 60 yrs you have been called DALIT. And who said Brahmin cannot be poor. Cast does not matter. Wake up. Reservation should be on Economic basis and not on cast basis. Enough you guys. Understand the politics behind it. Even after another 100 yrs you people will remain DALIT and Lower cast. So it is better to correct the problem now. Send you kids to scholld rather that relying on Quota. Curb population. 2 % edu cess is there and demand quta at school level rather begging at Job, Promotion and Premier Edu level without merit. Prove Yourself.
