You have rightly pointed out that higher caste is the owner of every thing. Getting some thing or beg some thing, it is not possible from them. They are rule maker. They are rule breaker. How a begger can dictate some thing to donner. Donner has all the right. Take an example, that schedule caste reseveration is 15% then remaining is 85%. Is it 85% is not reserved for hiher category. The right thing could be give the reseravation based upon their population. If somebody think that higher caste is more intenlligent then the reserve category. it is a mistake. If you want an intelligent people to run the country then why you look from India only. Why dont go to Global Tender to run the country as existing people are not comepetent to run the country. There is daily change in constition, daily law is changing, supereme court daily comments on the working of the Government. Supereme Court is a custodian of the Indian Constition. Neither suprem court is understanding the parliament and nor parliament is understanding the real law. It is joke on the cost of public money. There are daily scam and after sometime scam becomes legal. These are all the game of Higher caste. Please dont expect any thing from them.
