hohohoho, for your info i am a well-educated guy, and perhaps intelligent enough to see your hidden meaning in the msg. i am not a fool to accept plain arguments put forth by your crap brain. agreed that stringent laws are needed to keep ppl away from pvmts, but it seems u dont step into anyone's shoes to understand how difficult it is for them u go anywhere else. and i feel u dont want to go to the real issue, u just have to prove your stupid point. my repeated arguments with a deranged guy who doesnt know to argue, show that i am a civilized guy like u and truly wish u change your attitude and learn to respect the lives of other human beings.
my point is simple, first hang the guy, he should have had that much of senses that this is India and we cant help but accept that people sleep on pvmts, and he shoul dhve stayed clear and not drunk keeping this in mind. only then let us sit across the table and start arguing about what to do with poor labourers, may be i shall wholeheartedly accept all of your suggestions regarding that. but first hang the culprit.
ask yourself one question and be sincere to answer it, would u argue about the laws for ppl to sleep on pvmt before wanting the guy hanged, if your family had been there sleeping because they were poor and couldn afford going anywhere.

yes indian maybe if my family was poor and they were sleeping on the payment and some guy drove over them, even i would want to see that guy dead. the point is does being poor give you the right to encroach upon public space? how would you feel if a poor person comes and kills a person close to you for money and claims that because he is poor and he needed money he killed ? if this is india and i should learn to accept that people sleep on payments then i would have to learn to accept rape, corruption, eve teasing, bribes also just because THIS is INDIA

Hi INDIAN, Why don't you take a gun, and shoot Aliston Perriera to death? Or why don't you start constructing tents and jhuggis for poor labourers to sleep in? That would be more productive, and I am not being sarcastic. There's no point shouting out on Rediff forums. Aliston should definitely be punished, quite strictly, but why should poor people HAVE to SLEEP on the footpath in the first place??

alan, i shall not do the first thing, because then people like u will be behind my head, and about the second thing, i have done quite a lot at my place, but i am no government to do that in whole of the country. so its up to u too to do something atleast building 1 house per poor family.
