yes indian maybe if my family was poor and they were sleeping on the payment and some guy drove over them, even i would want to see that guy dead. the point is does being poor give you the right to encroach upon public space? how would you feel if a poor person comes and kills a person close to you for money and claims that because he is poor and he needed money he killed ? if this is india and i should learn to accept that people sleep on payments then i would have to learn to accept rape, corruption, eve teasing, bribes also just because THIS is INDIA
