if reservation has been guaranteed by the state, then does the state allow us to call a dalit a dalit, chamar a chamar or even a harijan as a harijan. when u (state) give the status of minority and reservation on that basis, why a citizen should not call the minority by his caste or status. when the state itself calls a chamar as a chamar, why does the law punishes citizen under the sate, when he calls a harizan as a harizan. ironically it is indeed self contradictory.

Law didnt said to call harijan as harijan. Infact with my little knowledge i think this harijan nomenclature was given by Bapu. And i believe it means lord vishnu's person. If people thinks otherwise what law will do?

How about calling all the descendents of Duleep Singh Judeo as "descendents of a bribe taker"? Or all the descendents of Sachin Tendulkar as "descendents of the guy who rarely scored when it mattered". Doesn't sound right, you agree? Just because of some privileges that the dalits are enjoying, you want to call all of them names?

Hi, it is becasue they are reminded now and then about their caste status and it is becasue there is some kind of untouchability still existing , the reservation is based on caste. where there is discrimination based on gender there there is gender based reservation.
we should first introspect our selves. see the matrimonial column in any news paper and you will know about the reality.
reservation may not be an ideal policy,it may be a realy bad policy. but the reality is that we indian are divided. reservsation is not dividing us but our division is giving rise to reservation.

People, Control your imotions. This is exactly these politicians want amongst the citizens of this great country.
This is how the britishers ruled us and if we develope this hatred amongst us, these politicians will rule us like herds no matter if you are hindu, muslim, sc, bc what ever.
Only solution is respect your self and other fellow beings, judge people by their acts not by their birth.
