if reservation has been guaranteed by the state, then does the state allow us to call a dalit a dalit, chamar a chamar or even a harijan as a harijan. when u (state) give the status of minority and reservation on that basis, why a citizen should not call the minority by his caste or status. when the state itself calls a chamar as a chamar, why does the law punishes citizen under the sate, when he calls a harizan as a harizan. ironically it is indeed self contradictory.
