Only democrats under Bill Clinton presidency started to make the relationship stronger. But growth of India economy made Republican to consider India relationship is vital. So I hope things will go in the right direction related to US & India relationship.

I think US people have done a great job to knock Bush out.But our Indian slave mind will never accept it.Moreover we are the biggest importers of US products and no one will try to kill that golden duck !! Honeymoon will continue but without Bush and his love for Pakistan.

It was circumstantial compulsion for US to be friendly with India. Friendship flourished in fact in the regime of Clinton or earlier durint the short time of Kennedy. Bush had Musharraf also in his pocket. Bush could know terrorism only when 9/11 happened. Before that there was no terrorism for him. There is value of human life which belongs to India. It is Bush who is alluding India on the issue of Security Council membership. It is Bush only who could not digest that any Indian should become Secretary General of UN, because Pakistan was not comfortable with it.......
