Thank you for your feedback. I wish to respond to your comments point by point.
Ajay:"i dont know why you havent learn one quality from them... never bad mouth about own country".
Ved: Americans vigorously criticize their nation, so that it continually improves. I have earned the right to criticize three nations - USA, Canada and India. You resident Indians should develop the gumption to take constructive criticism and improve, instead of being defensive, and externalizing the problems.
Ajay: "I had been to US several times attending seminars or meetings but i never came across anyone with your mindset. Just to inform you, i work on grassroot level to eradicate some points you posted in your message.."
Ved: Really? Maybe you have not met many people. Good for you - keep up the good work.
Ajay: "do u know what was america's condition when they completed there 59 years of independence".
Ved: No I do not, and it is irrelevant.
Ajay: "Ved just keep your hand on ur heart and think HAVE YOU DONE ANYTHING FOR YOUR COUNTRY OTHER THAN JUST POINTING FINGERS...."
Ved: Your rhetorical question is highly presumptous.

Mr. Bardhwaj:
Thank you for your feedack.
The Indian (and South Asian) obsession with cricket is extremely unhealthy for the sporting health of the nation. Let me elaborate. This obsession has resulted in the neglect of all other sports, as most funding are channelled into this stupid game. Is it any coincidence then that India, a nation of 1.1 billion produces no medals in the Olympics - a national disgrace. Of course, cricket is not entirely to blame.
Cricket was started in England by a bunch of lazy, out-of-shape aristocrats, and it was introduced to their colonies. Notice, that cricket is only the third or fourth rung sport in England, Australia etc. Only in South Asia has cricket the primary spot. And we are not even # 1 in this sport, and we do not even have a real pace bowler (>90 mph)! The higher castes have promoted the game, because it involved no person-to-person contact.
There is so much talent in India for soccer, field hockey, track & field, tennis, swimming etc. Let us pump the funds into these sports in terms of infrastructure, coaching etc., and dump this stupid game of cricket.
Incidentally, I am not a fan of American football.
