its been long time i want to say that these mnc call centers are really encouraging femails to do what they want i mean dress code or more freedom to them .once u impliment strict dress code and other cultural activities i thing every thing be normal as other companys.

the kind of insensitivity shown by you is to me one of the causes for incidents like this. Instead of taking responsibility its much easier to blame others for the kind of dress they wear the way they talk and so on. Its time we learn to grow and introspect. If someone decides to dress provocatively does that mean that they should be offended?
