the kind of insensitivity shown by you is to me one of the causes for incidents like this. Instead of taking responsibility its much easier to blame others for the kind of dress they wear the way they talk and so on. Its time we learn to grow and introspect. If someone decides to dress provocatively does that mean that they should be offended?
