Suppose if some one develop some technology, he has to continuously do research and upgrade the technology otherwise it will become obsolete. Instead one can get technology from others. In this case no need to worry about the R&D. but only thing is the buyer has to buy another new technology or upgrade from the same supplier if the operation viability is lost. The same rule is applicable to the Indian Sarkari scientist. They are not fit for R&D. they are always interested in monthly salaries and pension. No accountability too. Why should they favor for developing technology handling head breaking problems and by spending sleepless nights. It is better to favor for buying technology from others and operating it. so peacefully work 10-4 for 5 days and rest enjoying life. The main reason may be the government. The government don't have vigorous technology development policies. Who is to blame?

India has plenty of Thorium reserves in the form of beach sands. We dont have sufficinet Uranium reserve, our uranium are low grade. if we bult uranium based reactor we have to depend upon neuclear fuel from US or other contry. They are not going to give at free of cost. Sarkai scientist are developing thorium based reactor (fast breeding reactor) one such protype has been constructed in kalpakam, Tamil nadu. Near feature, we can also develop thorium based nuclear fuel and export to other contries. Sarkari scientists are doing good job for 8000 Rs basic salery. -sarkari scientist.

Every body knows it very well that Manmohan Singh was the CIA mole in the Primw Ministers Office (PMO) during PV Narasimha Rao's Government. he is trying to achieve the final goal of capping the Indigenous Nuclear program of India, on behalf of USA and other Anti India forces, trying to tie India permanently to NPT indirectly. MMS knows very well that his time is up and after next election, he is history, since Congress has not even bothered to project him as PM.
He is trying to achieve that Goal he is assigned by his masters, put a cap on Indias indigenous nuclear program permanently, by what ever means. he knows, it is not possible, once this government goes out and he will be just forgotten.
In India, both Leftists and NDA should come together, they both have sincere policies for future of India and the billion masses. If they bury the outdated junk of secularism and communalism slogans, which has no meaning in a modern 21-st century society, they can make a strong coalition to rule India, for a long time, bringing long standing stability and prosperity.
